How often will my bins be cleaned?
That depends on the plan you choose. Monthly service runs once every 4 weeks. Every Other Month runs once every 8 weeks. Quarterly runs once every 12 weeks — four times a year. All plans recur automatically on your schedule.
What is your washing process?
We pressure wash each bin, use biodegradable eco-friendly soap, and keep the dirty water contained during the cleaning process. The goal is a simple washing process that is effective and environmentally friendly.
What pickup day should I choose when I book?
Choose the day your trash is normally collected. That lets us schedule service around your regular curbside routine and keeps your stop on the right route.
What areas do you service?
We serve homes in Pasco, Kennewick, Richland, West Richland, and nearby Tri-Cities neighborhoods. If your address is just outside that area, check with us by email or phone before booking.
How many bins are included in the pricing?
The pricing covers 1, 2, or 3 residential bins per visit. If your setup is unusual, contact us by email or phone below.

How do you know where to put my bins back?
Your return instructions are attached to the job details from the booking form. That note is there so the crew can place the bins back where you want them.

Cousin's Trash Bin Cleaning was started by Justin F. and Michael P., two cousins, two kids with a dream, and two Tri-Cities locals who grew up here and still call this place home. We wanted to build something of our own, serve the neighborhoods that raised us, and make one small part of homeownership a whole lot easier for local families.
