These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website, booking flow, payment flow, communications, and trash bin cleaning services provided by Cousins Trash Bin Cleaning LLC ("Cousins Trash Bin Cleaning," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our website, booking service, paying for service, or allowing us to perform service at your property, you agree to these Terms.

Services

We provide residential trash bin cleaning services for eligible service addresses in Pasco, Kennewick, Richland, West Richland, and nearby Tri-Cities neighborhoods. Service availability depends on route capacity, weather, equipment availability, property access, local restrictions, and whether your address is within our service area.

Our standard service includes cleaning the selected number of residential trash, recycling, or yard waste bins using our cleaning process. We may decline, skip, or reschedule service for bins containing hazardous materials, medical waste, chemicals, paint, oil, hot ashes, loose waste, excessive compacted waste, pests, dangerous conditions, or other conditions that make service unsafe or impractical.

Booking and Customer Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete booking information, including your name, phone number, email address, service address, city, trash pickup day, service plan, bin count, and bin return instructions. You authorize us to use that information to schedule service, plan routes, contact you, process payments, and administer your account.

Your first cleaning will not be scheduled for the soonest upcoming pickup day after you sign up. It will be scheduled for the next pickup day after that upcoming pickup. For example, if you sign up today and your trash is picked up tomorrow, your first cleaning would be on the following pickup day.

You are responsible for making sure bins are empty enough to clean, visible, accessible, and available at the location and time reasonably needed for service. Locked gates, blocked bins, inaccessible driveways, animals, unsafe conditions, incorrect addresses, or unclear instructions may result in skipped service, rescheduling, or charges as described in these Terms.

Plans, Pricing, and Payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may vary by plan, bin count, service type, taxes, fees, promotions, and route requirements. Recurring plans bill on the cadence shown at checkout, such as monthly, every other month, or quarterly. One-time services are billed as a single payment.

Payments are processed by Stripe or another payment processor we designate. By submitting payment information, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your selected payment method for the services, subscriptions, taxes, fees, failed payment retries, and other amounts you authorize or owe under these Terms.

For recurring plans, your subscription continues until canceled. You authorize recurring charges without requiring a separate approval before each charge. If a payment fails, we may retry the payment, suspend service, cancel service, or request an updated payment method. You are responsible for keeping billing information current.

Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds

You may request cancellation or changes by contacting us before your next scheduled service or billing date. Cancellation stops future service and future recurring charges, but it does not automatically refund charges already processed or amounts owed for services already performed, scheduled, or attempted.

Refunds, credits, and reschedules are handled at our reasonable discretion. If we cannot perform service because of weather, equipment issues, route constraints, or other operational reasons, we may reschedule or provide a service credit. If service cannot be completed because bins were unavailable, inaccessible, unsafe, contaminated, overloaded, or not at the provided address, the visit may be treated as completed or attempted and may not be refundable.

Customer Responsibilities

You agree to provide lawful access to the bins and service area, keep pets restrained, remove hazardous or prohibited materials, provide clear return instructions, and ensure that our crew can work safely. You represent that you have authority to request service at the service address and that our access to the bins will not violate any lease, HOA rule, municipal rule, property restriction, or third-party right.

Weather, Route, and Service Conditions

Service times are estimates. Routes may change because of weather, traffic, road conditions, trash pickup delays, equipment issues, staffing, water access, local restrictions, or safety concerns. We may reschedule, modify, or decline service when needed for operational or safety reasons.

Communications and Marketing Consent

By providing your phone number or email address, you authorize us to contact you about bookings, service updates, route changes, billing, account administration, customer support, and other transactional or relationship matters. If you opt in to text or email reminders or otherwise consent to marketing, you also authorize us to send promotional texts, calls, and emails about our services.

Marketing texts may be sent using automated technology. Consent to marketing texts is not required as a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages and HELP for help. Marketing emails will include an unsubscribe method where required by law. Transactional or relationship messages may still be sent when necessary to provide or administer services you requested.

Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit false or misleading information, use another person's payment method without authorization, copy website content for commercial use, or use the website or services for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.

No Guarantee

We work to clean bins thoroughly, but results can vary based on bin age, material, stains, odor source, scratches, residue, prior contents, heat damage, and contamination. We do not guarantee that every stain, odor, mark, contaminant, or cosmetic defect will be fully removed.

Damage and Liability

You agree to notify us promptly if you believe our service caused damage. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, manufacturer defects, brittle or sun-damaged bins, loose lids or wheels, damage caused by improper bin placement, hidden conditions, property conditions outside our control, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the website, communications, payment flow, or services is limited to the amount you paid to us for the service giving rise to the claim during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Cousins Trash Bin Cleaning LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, inaccurate information, unsafe or unlawful property conditions, unauthorized booking, misuse of the website, or violation of law or third-party rights.

Third-Party Services

Our website and business operations may rely on third-party services such as Stripe, Supabase, Twilio, Resend, Google, hosting providers, mapping tools, and other vendors. Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party websites, platforms, processors, outages, errors, or services outside our control.

Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the website or services after an update means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law rules. Venue for disputes will be in the state or federal courts serving Benton County or Franklin County, Washington, unless applicable law requires another venue.
