Terms of Service

These terms are a starter version for Cousin's Trash Bin Cleaning until the business finalizes legal review. Service availability, billing, cancellations, and reminder policies should be reviewed before launch.

Service scheduling

Customers provide their regular trash pickup day, service address, and return note when booking online. Recurring service timing follows the selected plan and may be adjusted only for operational availability, weather, or route constraints.

Billing

Pricing shown on the site reflects the current recurring service matrix. Online Stripe checkout will be added later, so payment collection terms should be updated once that workflow is live.

Access and safety

Customers are responsible for making bins reasonably accessible and for providing clear return instructions where needed.
